At first, I was happy with it and thought it was going to last. After a while though, it started loosening up and just didn’t feel as sturdy anymore. If this keeps being the quality, I’ll probably look for another brand next time.

I was able to find what I needed, but the menus felt a bit confusing on my phone. It works, just feels kinda clunky to use.

I’ll be honest, knipex tools are really solid and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality. At the same time, I’m not totally convinced the prices are always worth it. I’ve spotted the same pliers for less on other sites a couple of times, which is kind of annoying. Still, I’d probably buy them again because the brand is reliable, even though I’d definitely shop around first.

the handle just feels kind of awkward in my hand. it slips more than i expected and gets uncomfortable fast, especially if i’m using it for more than a quick job.

I ordered these cutters from Knipex after finally deciding to replace my old pair that’s been sitting in my garage toolbox for years, and I’m disappointed. I was using them on some wire during a small project at home, nothing crazy, and they struggled more than I expected. The cutting edge also seemed to feel dull quickly, which surprised me because I’ve always heard good things about Knipex. For what they cost, I really thought they would cut a lot cleaner and easier. I probably wouldn’t buy this pair again.

I reached out hoping customer service would actually help, but apparently that was a bit too ambitious. The support was slow, rude, and somehow managed to make the whole situation even more annoying. Great experience if you enjoy waiting around just to be talked to like you're the problem.

I’ve always liked Knipex and usually trust the brand, so this was frustrating. I bought a pair of pliers from Knipex expecting the usual quality, but after just a few uses the jaws started feeling rough. The handle also seems a bit loose now, which really surprised me. For the price, I expected a lot better. I still want to like Knipex, but this one definitely let me down.

I had a cutter break and tried going through the warranty form, but it took forever to hear anything back. When they finally replied, they basically said it wasn’t covered, which felt like a bit of a runaround. The whole thing just left a bad taste, honestly. I don’t think I’d buy from them again after that.

I ordered these from knipex.com and the pliers themselves seem totally fine. But umm, the package showed up looking rough, the box was crushed on one side and there was barely any packing inside.
For the price, I expected it to be protected a lot better. The tool works, so that’s good, but it wasn’t a great first impression and I was definitely worried it might’ve been damaged in shipping.

I placed my order a while ago and, i’m still waiting for it to show up. I get that shipping delays can happen and sometimes things get backed up, but it’s been long enough now that I’m starting to wonder what’s going on. I keep checking the tracking because I don’t want to miss it, but there hasn’t been much progress. Just a frustrating experience so far.

Mine cut really clean and accurate, so I’d say the precision is definitely there. The fit was just a little off for me, though, and based on that I’d be a bit cautious if you need everything to line up perfectly right out of the box...

I ordered from Knipex thinking the higher price would mean something noticeably better, but the tools are just okay. They work fine, but I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth. It kind of feels like you’re paying extra for the brand name more than anything else. I also didn’t feel super confident reaching out to customer service about it, since I’ve learned not to expect much help once the order’s already placed.
